I just got back from my first appointment at “Seasons Of Smiles Dental” in Camden, Maine as a Veteran Customer and my experience was great with all of the staff and the Doctor, Norman who gave me the examination before we started my first treatment in October was very professional and thorough.I’m looking forward to any and all of my future appointments with Dr. Thomas Medina, DDS and his assistant Ivy.I am 79 years old and I have been serviced by many Dentist and their staffs and at this point, I consider them the best of the best of the BEST Dentist I have ever experienced in the last 60 years.

As a periodontist, I have worked with numerous dental offices and Seasons of Smiles Dental is an exceptional first class office. Dr. Medina is exceptionally skilled and personable. Dr. Medina is better than 5 stars. He deserves 10 stars. He is professional, highly knowledgeable, and updated technology in dentistry. Very comfortable setting from the waiting area to the clean rooms. I'm a Navy veteran, and his office and staff are fantastic. I'm usually not comfortable going to the dentist, but there I feel at home. Highly recommend if you live in the mid-coast of Maine. ❤️

The office got me in as an emergency patient and instantly assessed my dental needs. I found the office to be extremely clean and modern, the equipment looks perfect. My hygienist and Dr. Medina were incredibly accommodating and gave me a great feeling of confidence in their office. I'm looking forward to my follow up dental needs.PS: I have since had four more visits at this office, and I am thrilled with my crowns, filling, and the latest cleaning as of yesterday. I Have seen both dentist and the quality of Their work is just wonderful. They also have an in-house insurance program that has saved me easily $1000. The office is spotless and the staff is incredible.

I’ll be going there for a little over a year. I needed a good deal of work done and they’ve done a great job. Including an implant. I got their insurance, which was a great deal and you should look into if you’re gonna go see them. A payment once a year covers a number of procedures and gets you a discount.

As usual, my recent visit was a pleasant experience! I had called the day before with concern about an old filling and they got me in the next day to check it. They did discover a issue with that filling that needed to be corrected...AND since it was minor they were able to correct the problem during the initial visit; saving me a follow-up visit.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in a very long time. Seasons of smiles was the only place that could get me in within a year. I ended up having just one cavity. When I went to have it filled I was extremely nervous. The woman who was assisting Dr. Medina was so kind and helped me calm down. She explained everything that was going to happen. Dr Medina was also very kind and I didn’t feel a thing! I have never had such a pleasant experience at a dentist office. I highly recommend Seasons of Smiles.

Everyone at Seasons of Smiles is welcoming and friendly. They do top-notch dentistry and manage to balance professionalism with genuine warmth. They care about both your dental health and your comfort. When I first visited their office I had been avoiding dentists for a few years because of some unpleasant experiences, but I am so glad I found Dr. Medina and his excellent staff. I became a patient of this practice last fall following an accident that required much dental follow-up repair for front fractured teeth. I tripped and had a traumatic fall, face down into asphalt, during the Camden “Turkey Trott” at Thanksgiving. Dr. Medina responded immediately and came into his closed office with his assistants within 2 hours. The repair process occurred over a three month period.Without exception, his entire staff has been professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful in every way. I can't say enough good things about this dental practice and the integrity shown by Dr.Medina. His staff are well-trained and his office seems to provide the latest dental technology. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice and am very happy with the results.Dr. Medina and Seasons of Smiles have certainly given me back my smile (except better), and I am very grateful!

Wonderful office and staff. Toni did a great job cleaning my teeth. I am a cancer patient, and she provided some good guidance for my oral health since the chemotherapy treatments affect the mouth. Dr. Medina and staff were wonderful as always. The office is meticulously and incredibly decorated. The staff members are beautiful inside and out! They are friendly, positive, knowledgable, extremely competent (paying close attention to details in order to make each individual feel special) and warm. I am someone who is super anxious about any kind of doctor/dentist visit. Today, I had my first appointment at Seasons of Smiles, and will say that the entire staff is amazing. I immediately felt comfortable. The interior is so inviting. It feels more like a spa than a medical facility which immediately made me feel more at ease. I sat with Toni first, who was so friendly and kind that I forgot that I was nervous. Dr. Medina came in shortly after for an introduction and to discuss everything to me in detail. I appreciate his calm demeanor and I appreciate him really taking the time to sit with me and go over the next steps. I contacted Seasons of Smiles after a co-worker suggested them. We had been trying to establish a dentist since September of 2023. I had a really bad experience when I went to Aspen dental and so I was trying to find another dentist. I contacted a few others that had been suggested, but no response from them. Finally after my co-worker suggested Seasons of Smiles I got right online and filled out their emergency visit forms. My partner and I have been having a lot of tooth pain and that was why it was a rush to find a dentist. I have been dealing with extreme pain and discomfort for over 3 months and knew I had an infection of some kind. Seasons of Smiles got back to us so fast and was able to get us in to see Dr. Medina immediately. I am glad they did. As soon as he started to look in my mouth he could see the infection and where it was stemming from. He wrote me a prescription for antibiotics and one to help with the pain and discomfort. He referred me to the surgeon to get the teeth out that are causing issues. The nursing staff was excellent and we felt welcomed. Now we are established patients of Seasons of Smiles and look forward to visits to come.

As someone with "white coat" anxiety, and very comfortable with the dental practice I used in NY, I did not look forward to starting all over after having moved to Maine. I'd just like to say that I was very pleased with all aspects of my experience at Seasons of Smiles. Good choice!!

1. I am a tourist and needed ER assistance. The office called me on Sunday to see me first thing Monday morning! 2. Michelle and Dr. Medina saw me immediately. 3. Expert care, friendly, and fixed a difficult dental problem. 4. I was shocked by the low fee charged for their work. 5. What was outstanding to me was the respect and kindness all staff showed and spoke to one another and to patients. Really a lovely atmosphere.

I am someone who gets very nervous/anxious before having any dental work done. But at Seasons of Smiles I was made to feel very comfortable, and was treated very well. Michelle is amazing, and just the nicest, most professional person, and Nellie is super friendly and greets you with a smile! Dr. Medina and the rest of the staff is also very kind, understanding, and friendly! A great dental office all around!

Took my son here for his first visit ever. They were super patient, kind and involved him in everything which made the visit AMAZING! At three years old you never know how it will go, and they made it easy. We will definitely be returning here in 6 months. THANK YOU ALL!

Seasons of Smiles has a kind, knowledgeable staff with all the cutting edge technology for a superior dental experience! Dr. Medina made my husband a crown in ONE DAY with his new Glidewell milling unit. After all, who has time to wait for three weeks for a crown? Getting it made and placed in one day was AMAZING! We'll be back!

When I see the dental care providers at Seasons of Smiles I feel that I’m being seen as an individual and am receiving excellent care. I appreciate their consideration of my preferences and their creative suggestions for management of my dental care needs. I’ve been a patient of this practice for more than 20 years and have never considered going elsewhere. My daughter travels 2 hours back to Camden to have dental care at Seasons of Smiles!

After my initial visit in February, I thought I was finished with my teeth for a long while, but today I found myself back in the chair with a chipped tooth! The good news is that the trip to the dentist isn't a pensive as it used to be since I am now a patient of Dr. Medina. He's the best, and love Michelle, and Nellie. I wonder if they realize how important their work is? I for one am grateful. See you guys soon to get this chip tooth fixed!! Can't wait! (not really)

5 stars in spite of the fact the dentist is not my favorite place to go. My great experience started from the initial call to Nellie...working with my availability and making it happen. Dr. Medina and Michelle were amazing. They made a difficult visit as easy as they could with sincerity and compassion. I will definitely be making the call to completely change my dental provider to Seasons of Smiles.

They were so great about getting me in same day because I was in so much pain. The staff was super nice and so passionate and patient. They took the time to hear my concerns and really cared about the fact that I was in pain and not just another check coming in. Dr. Medina was so nice and thoughtful, patient and kind. That is the kind of person you want taking care of your teeth!

My family has been going to Dr. Medina for many years. Nellie has always been so accommodating with making the appointments for the whole family. She calls and sends out reminders for the visits. She is friendly and is happy to see you when you walk into the office. Our hygienists ( We have seen Kim and Michele) are kind and are very gentle. They care about you when you are in their chair and make you feel at home. Dr. Medina always comes in at the end of every cleaning. He goes over any treatment plan and spends time going over any questions that you have. He cares about you as a person, not just another patient. Seasons of Smiles even sends out birthday cards with all of their signatures. My family has always had great experiences and we will continue to be patients of Seasons of Smiles. It is a great place!

10/13/15: My family have been patients of Dr. Medina for 20 years. From the minute you walk in with Nellie's friendly greeting and making you feel like more than a number, to the knowledgeable hygienist (Kim this time) who take the time to answer ALL my questions, to Dr. Medina who will take the time to explain procedures and listens to concerns to give me quality dental care. This office seems to be genuinely concerned with preventative care: Save the tooth, don't replace it. I like that I am not a number in this office. Thanks.
